This equipment is used for the disinfection of canned food(meat, vegetable...etc.) and quadratic sterilization of milk product , and adapt to disinfect requirement of various food packing containers(thin wall metals bottle, glass bottle, plastics bottle, steam to cook bag etc.)

It is controlled by SIEMENS PLC programme controller, adopting colorful touch screen and man-machine interface operation system, monitors the whole process to disinfect and records automatically, keeps disinfect temperature pressure and time curve.This machine can use steam to heating the water in the hot water slot in advance, then use pump inhalation inside pot to shorten the heat time of material being disinfected in the main pot. In the period of heating and sterilization, the hot water circulated by circulation pump. To assure consistent temperature, as per the auto-rotated sterilization pot, the material being disinfected in the basket revolve together with the revolving body,so it is much quicker and well-distributed in the presupposition of assuring the sterilization results, shortening the heating time has remarkable feature to reducing the loss of food nourishment and improving high-quickly products and saving energy.
